The electronic commerce law provides that the customer before placing an order has the right to know the essential characteristics of the product, so FUMAREL informs the clientthat the photographs and descriptions of the products for sale are not contractual but merely illustrative and do not commit FUMAREL that, taking into account the state of technologies, does as much as possible so that the colors and shapes shown in the photos are faithful to the originals, without variations being avoided due to technical limitations and the monitor in which is displayed. The orders placed by the client are subject to the stock of the product and the availability of the same. If the order is composed of a single article and this is not available, the client can be informed by means of the e-mail provided.


You can request the return of your item as long as it is within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. During the Christmas period, purchases made between November 25 and December 25 may be exchanged until January 10.

In the event of a change of garment, the transport costs will be borne by the customer and the receipt of packages postage due will not be accepted.

In the event that you want to change any article, it must be sent to the address provided along with its original packaging and the form for exchanges and returns attached to the same order delivered, filled. The returned item must be in perfect condition and without signs of having been used.

In the event that the garment received together with a request for exchange or return does not proceed to meet the request by not complying with any of the conditions indicated herein, it will be sent back to the customer by courier postage due.

It is the responsibility of the user to inform himself and follow the instructions provided and to adhere to the channels established for the procedures in question. Formal requests to initiate an exchange or return messages or comments on social networks, Whatsapp or phone calls are not considered. In any case, requests must be formalized by sending the product to be returned / exchanged with the instructions to follow inside the package to the following address:

Any customized or custom-made product may not be changed, unless the cause is strictly due to a defect /tare in it.

In case of tare, it will be necessary to inform central@fumarel.eu, sending photos of it within 14 days after receipt of the order. After assessing the possibility that it is a factory defect, it will be received for careful examination at Fumarel's facilities. In the event that it is concluded that the defect is manufacturing and not due to improper use or maintenance of the product, the customer will be offered the repair, replacement or refund of the amount of the product.


If the product shows any defect or tare the client will have to contact during the consecutive 48 hour to the package reception to central@fumarel.eu

Our company will be responsible for the collection and delivery of the new product provided that once examinated by our quality department as long as it is confirmed by them that the existence of defects is due to its manufacturing and not the incorrect use of it.

Any customized or taylor-made product can be changed unless the reason is strictly due to a manufacturing defect.


Shipments will be delivered during the 24-48 hours following the order preparation. This delivery period does not take into account possible incidents between the courier company and the addressee, as in the case of recipient, mistakes in the delivery address or other.

Orders are prepared and handled to the delivery company before 14:00h during working days. Ventoblock S.L.can not guaranteed that orders recieved after this time frame will be sent that same day. Never the less, Ventopblock S.L. will always do as much as possible to prepare and hand all orders to the shipping company as soon as possible. 


Deliveris will be made between 8:30 and 19:00 and require the signature from the package reciever. In case the delivery can not be made due to absence of the client or authorized person the delivery company will get in touch with the client through the provided contact information.

The absent of this contact data or its lack of accuracy does not make Fumarel or the delivery company responsible of possible incidencies or delays caused by the impossibility of contacting with the final addressee.

It is important to accordingly fulfill the purchase form specifying an available address during working hours. The delivery company wont be responsible of errors during shipment caused by incorrectly specified addresses or missing data required for the delivery.

No deliveris will be made to postal codes


Products will be delivered i an according bag or package.

If you desire to have your order wwrapped for gift you will have to indicate it at the moment of the purchase, marking the corresponding box.

Reservations are allowed in some products out of stock. in these cases the client will make the purchase and wait for it to be delivered in the indicated period.

The delivery will be made once the order and its availability are confirmed.

Keep i mind that orders made after 13:00h on fridays and during weekends or holidays will be sent during the next working day.



The client can pay its purchases with credit card (Visa, Mastercard...) through the RedSys safe payments platform

This payment system complies with the secure electronic commerce standards adopted by international brands such as Visa and Mastercard to guarantee the ownership of the buyer.

FUMAREL does not have access to the confidential information relative to payment methods.

To the extent permited by law, the parties, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid
